The Groupe Master in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a Branch Representative to manage internal relationships with customers, provide excellent service, process orders and quotations, and promote products to grow sales.

• Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests.
• Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner.
• Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers.
• Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication.
• Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner.
• Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory
