Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Nanaimo is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join a team that delivers legendary customer service and expert product knowledge to every guest.

You will help customers choose products, promote store programs, maintain displays, handle restocking, and stay current on outdoor lifestyle trends. Starting pay is $18.25–$20.25 per hour. This position helps create a welcoming shopping experience and supports the store's promotions and initiatives.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset.
