DART Aerospace is seeking an organized HR Support Specialist to help run day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll support, and leave administration. The role focuses on accurate processing and confidential handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate job postings and interviews, maintain SharePoint records and HR documentation, answer routine HR questions, and escalate complex matters to the HR team.

DART Aerospace is a global aerospace manufacturer supporting customers and operations across multiple locations worldwide.

We are looking for an organized and service-oriented HR Support Specialist to support the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources activities. This is a hands-on role covering recruitment coordination, employee administration, benefits, payroll support, leave administration, and employee inquiries.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to manage multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure required hiring and onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time.
HR Administration & Employee Records
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files, SharePoint records, and HR documentation.
  • Process new hire documentation, employee status changes, employment verifications, and other HR transactions.
  • Ensure employee information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support HR recordkeeping and compliance requirements.
Benefits Administration
  • Administer and support employee health and welfare benefit programs.
  • Coordinate benefit enrollments, employee changes, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefit coverage and processes.
  • Liaise with benefit providers to resolve employee issues and maintain accurate records.
Payroll & Timekeeping Support
  • Support payroll administration through timekeeping audits, payroll reviews, and reporting.
  • Review employee information for accuracy before payroll processing.
  • Investigate and help resolve payroll-related discrepancies in coordination with employees, managers, and payroll partners.
Leave Administration
  • Track and administer employee vacation, personal leave, and other applicable leave programs.
  • Maintain accurate leave records and documentation.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal and state leave requirements.
Employee Support
  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee HR questions.
  • Provide clear and timely information regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, leave, and general employment matters.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive employee matters to the appropriate HR team member when required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, HR coordination, HR administration, payroll, benefits, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of HR administrative processes and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Experience supporting benefits, payroll, timekeeping, or leave administration is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and employee service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital document management tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint and HRIS/payroll systems is an asset.
