About the job:

  1. Support the company in talent identification, development, and institutionalization, ensuring that top talent is effectively utilized.
  2. Design, develop, and deliver accessible learning solutions, identify business pain points, develop content, and organize training delivery both online and offline.
  3. Analyze data independently, plan enablement delivery, manage course development and implementation, and enhance organizational capabilities by identifying and addressing issues.
  4. Align with talent management policies, focus on regional business needs, conduct insights research, and provide input for policy improvements.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
  2. 1-3 years of HR experience, particularly in talent mapping and HR operations.
  3. Experience with collective agreement interpretation and HR case documentation is advantageous.
  4. Effective communication and collaboration skills to achieve departmental goals.
