Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an HR Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration. The role drives employee relations and legal compliance across FMLA, ADA, EEO and related laws, with safety training and a culture of safety at the location.

The candidate will manage HR programs, partner training on safety policies, and ensure a compliant, productive work environment nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• 2+ years' Human Resources experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnover and recruitment processes; payroll and benefits administration
• Foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Monitor and enforce adherence to FMLA, ADA, EEO, Workers' Compensation and other laws
• Promote and train partners on company safety policies and a culture of safety
