Cintas Corporation in Canada is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management. The program develops your leadership skills while preparing you for advancement opportunities within the company.

You will work closely with experienced managers, with opportunities for executive leadership seminars and regional relocation to support career

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Skills/Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Productionor Administrative role
• A business or otherwise related academic major
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities

Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
