Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for overall management and leadership of Human Resources & Strategic Planning, Labour Relations, Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits. You will oversee a small team who provide excellent support. You will be empowered and supported in this role by Senior Executives and provide a people-focused approach and bring leadership and strong negotiation ability to the Labour Relations portion of the role.
