Job description

Human Resources Manager

Pay from $130,000 to $170,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Edmonton Branch, 25 Richardson Drive, St. Albert, AB T8N 7W4

Uline's Human Resources team works to find and retain top talent. As HR Manager at our Edmonton branch, you will lead efforts to match quality candidates with suitable roles while supporting all employees throughout their Uline careers.

Note: This position is on-site. We seek candidates who share our passion. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Lead HR programs, services, and strategies for 150+ employees.
  2. Motivate, lead, and develop a team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals.
  3. Collaborate with the branch manager, hiring managers, and HR team on recruitment strategies, organizational structure, and staffing levels.
  4. Provide guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies.
  5. Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.
  6. Partner with leadership to influence employee performance towards company goals.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • CPHR certification (preferred).
  • 7+ years HR/recruitment management experience, including at least 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing HR in warehouse/distribution and shift environments.
