Uline's Human Resources team works hard to find and retain the best talent. As HR Manager of our Edmonton branch, lead the effort to match quality candidates with a job they'll enjoy while continuing to support all employees throughout their Uline career.

Salary: from $130,000 to $170,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday

This position is on-site. We are looking for candidates who share our passion. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Position Responsibilities

1. Lead HR programs, services, and strategies for 150+ employees.
2. Motivate, lead, and develop a team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals.
3. Collaborate with the branch manager, hiring managers, and HR team members on recruitment strategies, organizational structure, and staffing levels.
4. Provide guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies.
5. Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.
6. Partner with leadership to influence employees towards achievement of company goals.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
2. CPHR certification preferred.
3. 7+ years HR/recruitment manager experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
4. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday a plus.
5. Experience managing HR in a warehouse/distribution and shift environment.
