• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR‑related matters as the company grows

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial or standalone HR role
• Strong experience in full‑cycle recruitment, benefits administration, policy development and refinement, employee relations, employment law, performance management, and health & safety
• CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset
• Comfortable working independently and building HR processes from scratch
