Job summary

Swim Recruiting is seeking an HR Manager to be the first touchpoint for employees across our global manufacturing client, based in Richmond. You will handle employee relations, performance management, onboarding and full cycle HR, plus payroll, benefits, and HR projects.

Working closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams, you will streamline data, communications, and the employee experience. The role is in-office with a competitive CAD salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience combined with relevant education.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with some payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR touchpoint for all aspects of HR for a global company.
• Manage employee relations and performance management programs.

This role is varied in supporting employee relations, being the go-to on questions, performance management in coaching managers as well as supporting HR projects, payroll, HR admin and more liaising with global counterparts! What – The Role:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented HR Manager to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role focuses on being the point person for all aspects of HR for our global company. This includes employee relations, performance management, onboarding and full cycle HR as well as hr projects and admin. HR administration includes payroll processing, documentation, and benefits administration, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly and efficiently. HR projects including supporting the roll out and development of leadership training, new program change management and managing the SharePoint site.

You’ll work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data, streamline communications, and enhance the overall employee experience.

How Much – Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $80-110,000 CAD, based on experience plus bonus.
