PURPOSE OF JOB

The HR Manager is responsible for implementing the human resources management policy and ensuring compliance with applicable social legislation within the village they are assigned to. The HR Manager embodies Club Med values, leads and animates the HR team, and manages operational HR processes. They support village management in supervising teams, recruiting local staff, and leading social monitoring. Additionally, they assist in optimizing G.O/G.E. payroll and are responsible for clothing, transport, and accommodation of G.O/G.E.

You will

• Manage personnel and ensure social regulations are followed within the resort.
• Support managers and their teams (between 150 and 450 employees).
• Develop and implement action plans to optimize human resources aligned with the company's economic goals.
• Oversee employee integration and evaluation processes in compliance with labor laws.
• Establish a local recruitment policy.
• Manage relations with employee representative bodies.
• Unite and motivate teams around set objectives and support their development.
