PURPOSE OF JOB

The HR Manager is responsible for implementing the human resources management policy and ensuring compliance with social legislation within the assigned village. The HR Manager embodies Club Med values, leads the HR team, and manages operational HR processes. They support village managers in supervising teams, recruiting local staff, and monitoring social aspects. Additionally, they assist in optimizing payroll and managing clothing, transport, and accommodation for G.O/G.E.

You are

• Friendly, capable of representing Club Med’s values to customers and employees.
• Collaborative, working well with different departments to contribute to overall success.
• Well-organized, familiar with processes and meticulous in application.

You will

• Manage personnel and ensure compliance with social regulations within the resort.
• Support managers and teams (150-450 employees).
• Develop and implement action plans to optimize human resources aligned with economic goals.
• Oversee employee integration and evaluation in accordance with labor laws.
• Establish local recruitment policies.
• Manage relations with employee representative bodies.
• Unite and motivate teams around objectives and support their development.
