PURPOSE OF JOB
The HR Manager is responsible for implementing the human resources management policy and ensuring compliance with applicable social legislation within the village they are assigned to. The HR Manager embodies Club Med values, leads and animates the HR team, and manages operational HR processes. They support village management in supervising teams, recruiting local staff, and leading social monitoring. Additionally, they assist in optimizing G.O / G.E. payroll and are responsible for clothing, transport, and accommodation of G.O / G.E.
