Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to be a strategic partner in the evolution of their organization. This integral member of their leadership team will be adaptable and malleable as the role takes form, providing insight, guidance, and expertise in all things HR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, uphold and preserve corporate policies, procedures and best practices
- Maintain and update employment policies as needed based upon legislative modifications
- Oversee all aspects of the employee recruitment process (creating job descriptions, advertising, interviewing, on-boarding)
- Oversee confidential employee records, draft records of employment and other employee correspondence as needed
- Provide support to all departments with any employment related issues, as well as create and implement policies regarding performance management, training and development, and salaries
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is required
- CPHR Designation is required
Qualifications:
- Successfully complete a Criminal and Credit Background Check
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
- Valid Passport
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and HRIS
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
- Human Resources experience in the service industry is considered a strong asset

Base Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 per year

- 4 weeks vacation
Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Mon – Fri
Remote Work:
- This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
