Job summary

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is seeking interns for the May–August 2027 window in Oakville. The role is hybrid, with onsite requirements several days per week for those within commuting distance to Ford hubs.

You will assist with talent acquisition, events, branding, and HR projects across the organization. The ideal candidate is pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and has strong communication, analytical, and AI-enabled productivity skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, BA, or MBA) in progress.
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Enthusiasm for and familiarity with Generative AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Organize Internship events including networking and engagement events.
• Support Ford of Canada’s annual Internal Control Review - MCRP.
• Develop recruiting materials to align with Global Employment Branding.
• Support culture launch initiatives and communication strategies.
• Support enhancement of employee development initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners with People Cycle Plans and HR projects.

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is a national manufacturer and distributor of automobiles and automotive service parts headquartered in Oakville, Ontario and is an integral part of the international Ford Motor Company organization.

Candidates must be available May to August 2027 and be returning to school in the Fall.

Work Location: Oakville

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.

What You’ll Do

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Provide talent acquisition support; including hiring, and managing intern initiatives

• Support Ford of Canada’s annual Internal Control Review - MCRP (Modular Control Review Program)
• Develop recruiting materials to align with Global Employment Branding
• Support culture launch initiatives and communication strategies
• Support enhancement of employee development initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• Relevant Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, BA, or MBA) in progress.

For Undergraduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.12.

For Graduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $31.72 - $34.89.
