Job summary

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is seeking motivated students for a challenging internship in Oakville, Ontario. The role is hybrid with 4 days in the office and requires an ongoing business degree. Applicants should be returning to school in the Fall and be available May–August 2027.

Two positions are available. Compensation includes hourly pay ranges for undergraduates and graduates, with a strong emphasis on analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree in progress (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA).
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Select MCRP (Modular Control Review Program) questions.
• Process improvement initiatives including improvement of Business Plan Models.
• Analytical support including annual mileage reimbursement analysis, money against the market analysis, Business Plan support.
• Vacation backfill responsibilities including FCS support (inventory green sheets, monthly Inventory report, etc.), vehicle pricing.
• Account reconciliation sub-ledger completion.

For Undergraduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.12

For Graduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $31.72 - $34.89.
