Community Living Guelph Wellington (CLGW) is seeking an HR Admin Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to join our not-for-profit team. You’ll support recruitment, payroll, records and training in a people‑first environment.
You’ll work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and a positive employee experience across our programs and services in Guelph and the surrounding communities.

As a key member of the HR team, you’ll provide administrative support across recruitment, HR operations, disability management, training, and payroll.
