Job summary

Supremex is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario. You will partner with operations and provide HR support across several GTA facilities, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This hands-on role requires 2–5 years of HR experience, a diploma or degree in HR, and strong communication skills.

CHRP is an asset; manufacturing exposure is a plus. You will collaborate with leaders, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to health & safety

• CHRP designation or working toward it is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration with Talent Acquisition
• Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Support employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Lead local employee engagement initiatives and coordinate engagement committee
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits administration
• Support HR reporting, workforce metrics, audits, and compliance
• Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
• Support Health & Safety programs, JHSC activities, WSIB claims, accommodations, and return-to-work programs
• Act as liaison with Payroll for employee changes and payroll inquiries
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the organization

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels
