What you’ll be doing:

1. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, provide full-cycle HR support and guidance across multiple business units and provinces.
2. Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments for new hires, transfers, and compensation changes.
3. Administer group benefits such as health, dental, and disability plans.
4. Assist and advise managers and employees on employment law, policies, and benefit programs.
5. Support performance management, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
6. Conduct stay and exit interviews, developing recommendations based on findings.
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws across provinces.
8. Manage employee medical leaves and Workers Compensation incidents from start to finish.
9. Lead workplace investigations as needed.
10. Lead projects and initiatives to advance the department and company.

We are looking for an "A Player" — that means YOU...

1. Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
2. HR degree, diploma, or certificate + knowledge of multiple Provincial Employment Standards Acts across Canada.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office + familiarity with HRIS systems (we use Bamboo HR).
5. Strong interpersonal skills at all company levels.
6. Service-oriented with high energy, initiative, and an engaging attitude.
7. Ability to travel occasionally within Canada.
8. Valid driver's license required.
