As the Human Resources Generalist, in collaboration with the HR Team, you play an integral role in supporting the attraction, growth, development, retention, and motivation of Nors employees. You provide administrative, process, and systems support to maximize service delivery to internal customer groups. The preferred location of work is Vernon, B.C.

Experience and Knowledge. You are a highly skilled HR Generalist with experience in recruiting, selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation, compliance, and union relationships. Experience with SuccessFactors is an asset. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a CPHR designation would be advantageous.
Computer Literate. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR software is required to generate meaningful business reports.
Collaborative. You will be part of our international HR team and the Canadian executive team, leveraging problem-solving skills and business acumen to earn trust and respect.
Organized. You have developed personal systems to manage deadlines and tasks, such as apprentice programs, compensation changes, and probation periods.
Position duties also include completing additional tasks or projects as requested.
