Our Human Resources Department is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Jr. HR Generalist to support core HR functions. Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the candidate will be a broadly skilled HR professional seeking growth.

• Performance Management Process Coordination
• Employee Engagement Surveys & Initiatives
• Onboarding & Orientation Coordination & Facilitation
• Implementation of HR Policies, Practices & Procedures
• Learning & Development Coordination
• Quality, Health & Safety (Chair) & Compliance, including WHMIS and AODA
• Employee Record Keeping & HRIS Maintenance
• Reporting, Metrics & Analysis
• Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Manage & Coordinate HR Calendar
• HR Administration

Knowledge & Experience Requirements :

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources with 5 years’ experience
• CHRP Designation
• Experience in a non-union, multi-division organization
• Strong judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Performance Management, Employee Onboarding, and Health & Safety
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with HRIS Dayforce
• Highly self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
