Job summary

Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is seeking a Credit & Collections Team Lead to join our Fredericton-based finance group.

You will act as the main escalation point for credit issues, mentor analysts, manage a credit portfolio, and ensure compliant, timely collections across multiple business units. You will partner with the Credit Manager to implement policy, prepare monthly reports, and support global requirements during financial cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience training or guiding others in a team lead/supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Understanding of financial controls and related procedures required.
• CCP designation or experience in a publicly traded environment is an advantage.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work overtime during financial reporting cycles and to support global business requirements.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Acting as the main escalation point for credit-related issues

Salary Range

$68,600.00-$91,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
