The Human Resources Director is akey member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping and executingthe organization’s human resources strategy in alignment with its mission,vision, and long-term goals. This role provides strategic guidance and hands-onleadership across all facets of HR including talent acquisition, employeedevelopment, culture and engagement, compensation, compliance, and HRoperations.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement HRstrategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
  • Act as a strategic businesspartner to senior leadership, offering insights and data to drivedecision-making.

Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee recruitment,onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Design and lead talentdevelopment programs, succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Foster a learning cultureand oversee training programs that build capability.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Promote a positiveorganizational culture that supports diversity, equity, inclusion, and employeewell-being.
  • Lead employee engagementinitiatives, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure consistentapplication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the design andadministration of competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Monitor market trends toensure offerings attract and retain top talent.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with alllocal, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead investigations andrisk mitigation strategies related to HR issues.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Manage HR budgets andoptimize HR processes, systems (e.g., HRIS), and data analytics.
  • Lead change managementefforts in times of organizational transition.
