Human ResourcesSupports all global mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and outsourcings from the pre to post closing stages from a human resources perspective. Provides human resources subject matter expertise and advice. Supports the planning, execution and delivery of the HR governance, information and operational activities for initiatives. Supports the enterprise center of excellence (COE) for acquisitions and divestitures matters for the HR domain and develops programs and strategies (including frameworks, tools, processes and programs) that improve employee productivity, engagement and advocacy in alignment with BMO’s overall business strategy. Collaborates with stakeholders across BMO to ensure cohesive, timely, relevant and effective solutions are implemented in alignment with enterprise and business unit specific objectives and priorities.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
