  • Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Maternity Leave)
  • Salary Range: $55,500 to $60,000

Your role involves talent acquisition, developing new team members, and maintaining staff information. Your administrative support is crucial to the HR department's success, ensuring smooth operations for our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire training and support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing HR mail and paperwork
  • Handle requisition process for job openings, including candidate search and application review
  • Coordinate training and scheduling of new hires with managers
  • Stay updated on employment law issues
  • Support HR research and special projects
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in human resources with 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of labor laws and standards
  • People skills and responsiveness to team requests
  • Solution-oriented mindset and talent acquisition insight
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
