Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Maternity Leave)

Salary Range: $55,500 to $60,000

As a critical member of the HR team, you assist with talent acquisition, develop new team members, and maintain staff information. Your administrative support is essential to the success of the HR department, ensuring smooth and effective operations for our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire training and support.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing HR mail and paperwork.
  • Handle requisition process for job openings, including candidate sourcing and application review.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with managers.
  • Stay updated on employment law issues.
  • Support HR team with research and special projects.
What You Bring
  • Diploma or degree in human resources and 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of labor laws and standards.
  • Ability to respond to team member requests effectively.
  • Solution-driven personality with a focus on helping staff meet goals.
  • Experience with talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
