The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to YWCA Halifax, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. This position requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented HR professional who is skilled at coordinating recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will help attract and retain talented employees while ensuring HR practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational values. The HR Coordinator must exercise the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of their work.
