YWCA Hamilton is seeking a Scheduler to provide support for scheduling within its 24/7 services. The ideal candidate will manage staff schedules ensuring compliance with collective agreements and YWCA policies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Applicants should possess a diploma/degree in Administrative Studies and have at least one year of relevant experience. A commitment to equitable service and the community is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Scheduler will provide scheduling support to departments to ensure delivery of YWCA Hamilton 24/7 services and operations. The Scheduler will work closely with Department Leaders in order to provide scheduling support to employees on days, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
