An established industry player is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support their dynamic production team. This role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of HR experience, particularly in manufacturing, along with a strong understanding of HR practices and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture. As a Human Resources Business Partner, your primary responsibility is to support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You provide support and coordination in the implementation and effective application of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices for all team members. Responsibilities include employee relations, health and safety, recruiting, training, time and attendance management and other tasks as required. Prior human resources experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Contract Term:6 to 12 months
Location:5345 275 St, Langley Twp, BC V4W 3X8
Salary Range:$90,000K/year - $95,000K/year
