Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time FULLY REMOTE role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Taxpayer Law. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, recruitment and selection of law students, lawyers, and other personnel, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management.

Requirement: Minimum 3 years of HR experience at a top law firm

Qualifications

  • HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in managing HR functions and policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum for full-time role.
