Schroeder Ambulatory Centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support strategic and operational HR programs across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will advise managers, lead recruitment and workforce planning, shape job design and employee engagement, and help develop HR policies while ensuring confidentiality and an inclusive workplace.

Pay or shift range: $94,862.04 CAD to $111,602.40 CAD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Overview and Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role is responsible to support the development and management of Human Resources strategic and operational programs, activities and partnerships – supporting, advising and working with internal clients as assigned in a collaborative environment. As the HRBP you will provide HR expertise to clients by advising, coordinating, coaching, and providing strategic direction on a variety of human resource functions. The role will focus on workforce initiatives and people management as well as provide support of workforce planning initiatives. You will also provide consultation on talent acquisition, organization and job design, and employee engagement as well as other related HR tasks, duties and responsibilities. To be effective in this role, you will have a proven record of accomplishment of fostering and maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with People leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders. A strong understanding of employee relations; recruitment and retention, performance management; and total rewards is critical in this role.
