Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in health administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related healthcare discipline required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, ideally within ambulatory care, outpatient services, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, or related clinical programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex clinical operations and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, financial management, and change management skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory clinical services, including clinics, diagnostic imaging and pharmacy.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief Operating and Nursing Officer, the Director, Clinical Services is responsible forthe strategic leadership, operational managementof theMedical Clinics (Family Medicine, Specialist Clinics, and Eye Care Services), Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmacy Services.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Director works in partnership with physicians, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient-centredcare, enhance access to services,optimizeoperational performance, and support the organization's strategic growthobjectives. The Director is accountable for ensuring efficient, integrated, and sustainable service delivery while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory clinical services, including clinics, diagnosticimagingandpharmacy.
  • Lead and develop high-performing interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational and departmental objectives.
