Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Temporary Full-time Human Resources Business Partner to join our Employee Relations team within the People, Culture and Performance division.
The Employee Relations team supports Canadian Blood Services by partnering with and supporting leaders to achieve their objectives in a highly regulated, complex environment. The successful candidate will develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders including leaders, employees, and unions.
In this role, you will provide strategic input on operational issues and be responsible for regional delivery of business partner services that support organizational objectives. You will understand the needs of divisions and departments, assist in talent planning, coach on people management, and advise on People, Culture and Performance programs, policies, and services. As part of the team, you will ensure work aligns with strategic goals through collaboration.
Drawing on your growth mindset and experience, proactively partner with Business Leaders to identify opportunities for technological, process, and program enhancements to meet objectives.
This role requires a hybrid work environment near our Brampton/Greater Toronto Area offices. Currently, in-person presence is expected at least 40% of the time, subject to change based on circumstances.
Some travel may be required based on operational needs.
