Queensway Carleton Hospital is seeking an HR Assistant – Labour Relations to support the Labour Relations function and HR Helpdesk.
The role involves administering employee relations activities, tracking sick leave and grievances, and assisting with communications and data reporting to aid labour policy compliance. A diploma or higher in HR/Business is required.

Under the direction of the Manager, Labour Relations/HRBP, the HR Assistant- Labour Relations supports the human resources department by handling duties including but not limited to administrative and clerical tasks related to employee relations, union negotiations, and compliance with labour laws, aiding in the effective management of labor policies and procedures. The incumbent will also act as a support resource providing coverage at the HR Helpdesk to facilitate the smooth operation of the HR department
