Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the recruitment process by creating posts, checking references, and hiring.
  • Supports management to ensure familiarity with and application of human resources practices, programs, policies, and regulations.
  • Assists in maintaining accurate employee data records and provides guidance to employees on administering the company's benefits plan.
  • Researches and compiles human resources statistics and offers recommendations.
  • Responds to employee and management inquiries.
  • Supports the implementation of HR programs and initiatives related to performance management, rewards and recognition, occupational health and safety, and career development.
  • Maintains thorough and updated knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to casino operations.

What You Bring

  • At least one year of Human Resources experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources theories, practices, and legislation.
  • Strong writing skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills and understanding of labor laws and standards.
  • Ability to respond promptly to team member requests, questions, and concerns.
  • A solution-oriented personality who thrives on helping staff meet their goals.
  • Insight and skills related to talent acquisition.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
