The Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association (EORLA) is a dynamic, member‑based, not‑for‑profit organization that delivers critical laboratory services to the acute care hospitals of Eastern Ontario's Champlain region. Through a network of 18 licensed hospital‑based laboratories serving 16 member hospitals, EORLA plays an essential role in supporting patient care and clinical decision‑making across the region. Driven by a commitment to excellence in laboratory medicine, innovation, education, and research, EORLA's team performs the diagnostic testing that helps clinicians provide timely, informed, and life‑changing care to both hospital inpatients and registered outpatients. Our approximately 900 dedicated laboratory professionals work collaboratively across a broad range of specialty areas, including Anatomic Pathology, Molecular Oncology, Biochemistry, Hematopathology, Transfusion Medicine, Tissue Typing, Hematology, and Microbiology.
