Job Description
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of our dynamic HR team. He will have the opportunity to support and advise all internal customers on labor relations, employee development, talent management and change management.
Role And Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day HR activities (such as labor relations, recruitment, training) for its departments;
- Act as an advisor to managers in all areas of human resources management: employee coaching and mobilization, work relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employment equity;
- Act as a change agent to support managers in the various organizational transformations they are implementing;
- Inform and guide employees and managers in the interpretation of policies and programs, as well as labor laws;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a work climate conducive to the well-being and development of employees by promoting the values of integrity, respect and collaboration;
- Develop and implement processes to ensure effective management of human resources by managers;
- Maintain various performance indicators (hiring, departures, retention) and participate in the process of proposing corrective actions.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management ;
- 2-3 years' relevant experience in personal human resources management, ideally in a consulting role;
- Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés - an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers.
- Discretion, diplomacy, good judgment and ability to represent the employer well.
- Master the French language and the English (communication and uniformization of practices with CMP-NY).
