Position: Associate Director at Professional Staffing

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator for our client in North York. The role involves supporting recruitment through high-volume resume screening and administrative coordination, along with broader HR functions under the guidance of the HR Manager and CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct initial screening and sorting of resumes for multiple positions.
  2. Evaluate candidates against criteria and forward qualified profiles to recruiters.
  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Maintain accurate candidate tracking systems and databases.
  5. Draft and post job listings on external and internal platforms.
  6. Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  7. Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and coordination for new hires.
  8. Manage and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
  9. Support HR communications and participate in HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree (or current pursuit) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Motivation to grow within the HR field.
