RRC Polytech in Winnipeg seeks a Human Resource Specialist for a full-time, term position (anticipated Oct 12, 2026 to Sept 30, 2027). You will provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees and collaborate with HR Business Partners to translate strategic initiatives into practice.

The Human Resource Specialist provides day-to-day human resource advice and guidance to managers and employees, and works alongside the Human Resource Business Partners to put strategic HR initiatives into practice. The role supports labour and employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, classification, disability management, and organizational change, and interprets the collective agreement, College policy and employment legislation for client areas. It also analyzes HR metrics to support informed decision making and contributes to the research, development and implementation of HR programs, policy and training across the College.
