Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is hiring an HR Services Representative in Calgary for a hybrid role serving employees and retirees. You will respond to HR inquiries, guide policy applications, and manage lifecycle cases across online portals, phone, and chat.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in HR or business, with 2+ years in HR and at least 1 year in customer service. Experience with Workday, SAP, or ServiceNow is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR or related experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service or employee support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Exceptional customer service mindset focused on delivering positive employee experiences.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, or HRIS is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and retirees

• Contract position September 14, 2026 – June 15, 2027

A typical day:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and retirees

• Support the administration of various HR programs and initiatives for employees and leaders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency

Successful candidates will have:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources or related experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or employee support experience
