Pathways to Independence is a community-based, not-for-profit agency serving people with ABI or developmental disabilities. We seek a full-time Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and provide practical HR guidance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, a post-secondary credential in HR and familiarity with union environments. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license is preferred.

The Human Resources Generalist works closely with all staff to ensure the agency attracts, hires, trains, and develops the best employees to fulfill the vision and mission of Pathways. The Generalist will have expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, labour and employee relations, attendance management, leave administration, disability and accommodation case management, and performance management. The incumbent will collaborate with leaders to provide practical HR guidance, resolve workplace issues, and support employee engagement. The Generalist will also provide support in HRIS data integrity, reporting & compliance, and performance management as required.
Note: Some travel is required for this position, out of town travel may also be required to meet operational demands. A clear Criminal Check including a vulnerable sector search is required for this position. Regular attendance is a requirement for this position.
