Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Director Office - Human Resources Business Partnerships - Northern in North Battleford. The role provides strategic HR advice, analysis, guidance, and resolution on system-wide matters to support patient and family-centered care.

Required are 3 years of HR experience, an undergraduate degree, and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Travel within the region is required; the assignment is full-time temporary with start planned

Qualifications

• Three (3) years related HR experience.
• Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.
• Travel within the region and provincially, as required.
• Support alignment of HR programs with Saskatchewan Health Authority goals and values.
