Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with Human Factors training/courses.
• 5+ years in Human Factors Engineering for GUI/UX in agile environments.
• Experience applying MIL-STD, ANSI, ISO standards to UX design.
• Ability to translate user needs into usable interfaces with strong documentation.
• Proven collaboration with design, product, marketing and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent HFE in a multi-disciplinary team with customer and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate HFE tasks and participate in design reviews.
• Develop UI guidelines and analyse end-user needs and tasks.
• Ensure alignment between design concepts and technical constraints.
• Support usability research, user insights and UX test planning.
