Job summary

Bilinguallink seeks a HubSpot Solutions Engineer to lead Enterprise implementations from discovery to execution in a post-sales, client-facing role. You’ll serve as the technical lead for architecture, data mapping, migrations and API integrations, coordinating biweekly sprint-based delivery with developers and client IT teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep HubSpot Enterprise experience with Data Hub / Operations Hub Enterprise required.
• Experience across multiple Hubs is a major plus.
• Strong background in client discovery, solution strategy, architecture, and delivery.
• Technical experience with complex integrations, migrations, APIs, and custom-built solutions.
• You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand how integrations and APIs work.
• Ability to lead client engagements, manage timelines, and drive biweekly sprint-based delivery with developers and client-side IT teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Education from a Canadian college or university is required.

Our client is looking for a HubSpot Solutions Engineer to lead the delivery of complex Enterprise implementations from discovery through execution.

This is a post-sales, client-facing role - no quota, no selling, and no upselling. You'll serve as the technical lead, helping Enterprise clients design and execute sophisticated HubSpot solutions.

What you'll bring:
