Job summary

Range Group seeks a technically strong CRM Developer to evolve our CRM ecosystem, primarily on HubSpot, while enabling integration with proprietary apps, reporting platforms and other business systems. You will own configuration, development and data flows, ensuring a scalable, reliable customer data environment.

You will work across CRM architecture, APIs, automation, and C#/.NET development, tackling complex problems and driving CRM initiatives from requirements through deployment and ongoing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on CRM experience in enterprise platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Strong CRM architecture and data model knowledge including relationships, workflows and automation.
• Experience building and troubleshooting REST API integrations with JSON and authentication.
• Development experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with SQL and integration with external applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical configuration and ongoing development of the CRM platform, including custom objects, fields, relationships, workflows and automation.
• Design, build and support integrations between the CRM and proprietary apps, reporting platforms, and third-party systems.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and middleware or cloud services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM architectures while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Support a unified customer view across CRM, internal systems and downstream reporting.
