Job summary

Icuc, a global social media CRM leader, seeks an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Developer to design scalable automations and integrations. The role is a freelance, part-time contract in Toronto with up to 100 hours from Sep–Dec, paying USD 35 per hour.

You’ll build seamless integrations, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity across platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot experience, API/webhook expertise, and a focus on reliable delivery.

Qualifications

Experience developing on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
Strong platform administration skills: Flows, security models, and CRM data architecture; Salesforce Admin cert or equivalent.
HubSpot expertise: workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and integrations within HubSpot, including custom development using HubSpot APIs.
Integration development: designing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.
Data management and governance: data modeling, migration, and maintaining data quality at scale with security.
Technical and operational excellence: version control, release management, testing practices, and deployment processes.
Communication and collaboration: translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design scalable solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot as a connected platform.
Build automations and custom integrations between systems.
Ensure both systems work seamlessly together to enable revenue operations.
