Job summary

Qualus is seeking an HSSE Specialist to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental programs in our T&D Canada business. The role involves travel to conduct safety assessments, support client projects, and deliver training.

You will promote a strong safety culture, ensure WSBC and client compliance, and provide technical guidance to field and office staff.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
• Proficient in MS Office and wide computer use.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture across all business units.
• Assist with development and monitoring of safety policies and programs.
• Serve as primary safety contact for field employees with on-site guidance.
