Job summary

Fero International Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to champion a proactive safety culture at our single modular construction plant in Ontario.

Reporting to the Senior QHSE Manager, you will lead the development and oversight of the HSE program, align with legislative requirements, and ensure on-site adherence within a controlled manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on risk assessment, incident investigation, and employee engagement to reduce

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the HSE field with progressive roles.
• 5+ years in the construction industry.
• CRSP and NCSO designation required.
• Knowledge of OHSA regulations and safety best practices.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and develop the company safety program.
• Oversee risk assessment and risk mitigation measures.
• Investigate accidents, injuries and near misses.
• Support safety training with management and staff.
• Lead on-site safety initiatives and emergency response planning.
• Report on safety metrics, compliance frameworks and improvements.
