Job summary

FLINT Corp. is seeking an HSE Advisor for a temporary assignment in Taylor, British Columbia. The role runs from August 24, 2026 to October 9, 2026, with a continuous schedule of 12-hour days and LOA of $185/day.

Travel pay and benefits apply after 300+ hours worked. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in oil & gas and holds relevant safety certifications. Qualifications include strong English communication, valid driver's license with clean 5-year abstract (≤6 demerits), and reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas industry.
• Education in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field; certifications and Journeypersons are assets.
• Mandatory safety tickets: H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry, CSO, Fall Protection, WHMIS.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site and valid driver’s license with clean 5-year abstract (≤6 demerits).

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership on-site and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with site teams to implement health and safety procedures.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for crew and subcontractors.

FLINT is seeking an HSE Advisor with industrial experience for a temporary job in Taylor, BC starting August 24th, 2026 to October 9th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a continuous schedule, 12-hour workdays, LOA of $185/day, travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

• Minimum 5years’ experience in oil & gas industry.
• Education in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field as well as specialized certifications and Journeyperson certificates are considered assets.
• Certification as NCSOand/or OHS preferred.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • H2S Alive
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
  • Fall Protection
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Hourly rate for the role is $50/hour.
